Salary: $21 - $27/hour

Minimum Educational Requirement: HS Diploma/GED

Recommended College Coursework: Plant Operations and Maintenance

Experience Needed: Entry Level
2 years experience in related field if no higher education,
Six months required if have Trade School or Apprenticeship experience.

Desired Education: Trade School or Apprenticeship

Growth Potential: Although general hydro industry growth
may be less than other economic sectors, plant efficiency
and operations workers will be in consistent demand.
