Landfill Gas Collection System Operator

Description: Responsible for daily operations, maintenance and
repair and extracting landfill gas in a proper, safe, reliable and
efficient manner

Salary: $20 - $24/hour

Minimum Educational Requirements: Trade School, Apprenticeship or
Associate's Degree

Recommended College Coursework: Power Generation
Operation, Landfill Gas Plant Operations, Chemistry

Experience Needed: Mid-Level
Minimum 3 years of equipment operations experience using
mechanical, electrical, instrument or control system skills

Growth Potential: High growth expected as regulations require
more gas collection
